Don's Biography
Don Howieson graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors in English and from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors of Law. Don practiced with the City of Toronto before moving to Vancouver in 2000. Being a litigator who practices predominantly in the area of bylaw enforcement, a significant portion of Don's files relate to animal control issues.
