We hire for summer students in accordance with the timelines set by the Vancouver Bar Association.

Young, Anderson invites applications from second year law students for our summer program. From May to August of each year, we provide our summer student with challenging research tasks in all of our core areas of practice, as well as opportunities to observe and help in meetings, discoveries, court appearances and other proceedings. Generally, the type of work done by our summer students is similar to that done by our articled students. Should a summer student be invited back to article, the firm will pay up to $10,000.00 for third year tuition.

Per the Vancouver Bar Association timeline the 2025 Summer Articling Student application deadline is Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
