Canadian Institute of Planners - To plan is human: to implement is divine

Ray Young and Alyssa Bradley will be speaking at the CIP Annual Conference in Banff - October 9-12. The session will address incentives, requirements and planning tools for ensuring that new development meets sustainable performance requirements embedded in Community Plans. Examples from both Canada and the United States will be featured that reflect regulatory schemes and processes that are directed at transforming the sustainable vision in the community plan into actual performance on the development site.
