David is a solicitor whose practice is focused on working with local governments, local government corporations and other public authorities. He completed his Juris Doctor in Ontario at the University of Windsor in 2018 and has worked exclusively in the field of local government law since 2020. David is particularly fond of working with local government owned economic development corporations where he assists his clients in meeting their business objectives and delivering services to their rate payers and the general public.

He has assisted clients on the incorporation and start-up of local government owned corporations and societies, real property transactions, capital alterations, FOI requests & responses and the preparation of commercial agreements and land title instruments.

Outside of the office you will find David on one of Vancouver's many running trails or on his road bike. When not exercising himself you will find him watching his favourite sports teams or engaged in discussions about professional sports.
